What is the best Yoga DVD?

FAQ My mum does yoga but unfortunately her teacher is unable to hold classes for a few months. My mum would like to keep practicing with a DVD. Does anyone know of any good yoga DVDs which are suitable for mature women who are quite new to yoga?


A: I do yoga using the internet. I am 45 years old, and started using this when I was pretty new to yoga too. the site offers 7 classes per week to choose from, all 1 hr long each. It's completely free.

The benefits of yoga have been promoted by Giggs and now Thirlwell hopes he can emulate the 38-year-old Manchester United legend’s longevity by winning a new deal with Carlisle.

Thirlwell, 32, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has endured terrible luck with injuries at Brunton Park.

So About That Post....

1) I have officially lost 20 pounds and I'm back I was before the weight gain random about a year and a half. Much more than just weight loss if I gained some muscle, which actually adds to my weight. Appearance-wise, I think I lost more. I really should keep track of my sizes to follow more closely and I will someday, but yes, I feel good about it. I could not go to the gym lately with so many things. I went out and bought a kit pilates and yoga mat the other day and I did my first work P90X today. Of course, it starts with the kernel, which is my greatest weakness.I pretty much do not do push-ups together that was not really the case, so I continued with a DVD that came with my kit so I'm actually a basic work that worked for me....
