I want to start pilates- I know you can do it with exercise equipment or a mat... What does the exercise equipment involve and is it expensive? I'm completely new to this. I want to get a dvd so I can work out in my dorm when i go to college, any suggestions

I worked for years and do mostly blanks Billy, but I must say that Shaun T. Hand of the Man Down "you know what I say." I did this workout for 5 weeks now and I lost several inches from my waste and while I did not lost many books, I can say I am more firmly and I have been in years.
