FAQ For something like an xbox or something? Which has better quality and why?

A: S-Video separates Luma (Grayscale) and Chroma (color) in to two signals.
Composite is all (Luma+Chroma) in one.
In principle, S-video should be better, but unless you know where to look, you can't tell the difference.

B&W Zeppelin: Still Soaring Above The Crowd After Three Years

I tested a number of iPod speaker docks for years, and variations on the theme (like the Sonos ZonePlayer S5 a few months ago) and I listened to some impressive systems. Although few iPod docks can approach the sound quality of a decent stereo system component can pump, there are some that do a decent job of overcoming the lack of stereo separation, compact size and reasonable price, that works against them. What I frequently encounter is an online portal for any model of the B & W Zeppelin, which appears to have become a standard audiophile when compared with other platforms.I'm a little late to the party Zeppelin, but I finally decided it was time to experience this type for myself.

, B & W (Bowers and Wilkins) is a British company which dates back to mid-60s who has built a reputation for craftsmanship speakers high end I can not afford. However, in 2007, the company presenting the Zeppelin speaker dock for iPod that looked like nothing else out there and has flirted with affordability. In fact, I should answer this question from the outset. At $ 599, the Zeppelin is not cheap, but I do not think it is outrageously expensive.I paid only $ 50 less for my first "boombox" as a teenager and inflation in the game (I do not even want to think about how long it was), that $ 550 portable stereo probably cost the equivalent of $ 2,000 today. Put this in perspective, six hundred dollars for much of its top about the same size seems like a bargain. Should that price you freaks for good B & W Zeppelin released Mini (reviewed by Paul GeekDad United Kingdom) for $ 399.95.Although nearly three years in a highly competitive market that offers hundreds if not thousands, of competing models, Zeppelin continues to be a benchmark for new systems. I put a test to find out why.
